The first quarter of 2023 flew by, and Mission Bridge was able to meet practical needs and show the love of Christ in several impactful ways. As we mentioned, some of the things we were able to do through your support were:
Serve on the leadership team at Joni & Friends Family Retreat in Fresno
Sponsor a family to attend retreat and experience a week of respite and care
Provide financial support to a local family with a child battling leukemia
Offer free pastoral care & coaching to individuals and couples
We were also blessed by the addition of two new board members: Cristi Castro & Adam Ohl. They each bring unique gifts that are a great asset to the ministry, and we are honored by their commitment to help lead Mission Bridge! The second quarter is also shaping up to be very full. We’ve been asked to serve with Joni & Friends again in June at another retreat for families affected by disability, and will also be kicking off our annual summer youth outreaches next weekend at a local apartment complex! We are so incredibly thankful for your support this year. God is doing amazing things, and He’s doing it through your generosity.
